We aimed to forge connections, fostering sisterhood, and enabling more women to engage in this movement for equity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>52 nonprofit organizations from 8 countries launched crowdfunding campaigns, accessing matching funds and special incentives.<\/strong> On International Women&#8217;s Day, March 8th, we provided $15,000 USD in matching funds to double donations thanks to our partners:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/grantmakersforgirlsofcolor.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grantmakers for Girls of Color<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> who provided funds for organizations working with girls and young women.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.summitfdn.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Summit Foundation<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> who granted funds for organizations based in Central America.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Together, we channeled a total of $125K USD to defend human rights and create opportunities for Latina women and girls across the Americas.
